We're still trying to forget Saturday's 40-point loss in Morgantown, and the fact that it happened at the same time the men were turning Texas into a grease spot is sort of helpful there.

It's been such an up-and-down year that you just can't be surprised by any result the Lady Cats cough up. This is a learning year for the young squad, and the lumps are part of the process.

The game: Kansas State (9-13, 3-8) hosts Texas (16-7, 7-4). K-State hopes to even the all-time series, which Texas leads 14-13. K-State has a 7-4 edge at Bramlage, and Deb Patterson is 13-10 all-time against the Longhorns.

Tipoff: 7:00pm CT at Bramlage Coliseum (12,528) in Manhattan, Kansas.

Tickets: $5-12. Tonight is Play4Kay night, with events benefitting the Kay Yow Fund.

Television: Fox Sports KC, with Brian Smoller and Missy Heidrick

Radio: K-State Sports Network, with Matt Walters and Kristin Waller

Online: No video streaming. Audio streaming via K-State All-Access, live stats via Gametracker.

Note: Yes, we accidentally posted this a day early. We apologize for the error. The game is tonight, February 12.
