One more day to relax, Alex, and then you’re on the hot seat.

It’s a very, very quiet morning here, especially since the weekend edition ran late. So today will serve as your open thread for the opening day of Big 12 Media Days in the bustling suburban nightmare of Frisco, Tex. Today’s sessions will see Iowa State, Kansas, Oklahoma, TCU, and Texas Tech take their turns at the podium. As for us, we have to wait until tomorrow to try and unravel whatever non-answers are forthcoming from The Legend.

Heading into the annual festivities, Berry Tramel of the Oklahoman coughs up his ten burning questions for the Big 12 coaches, and as usual his chief concern with Bill Snyder is whether he’s going to die.

This morning’s only other item is today’s Sports Extra, in which Corbin McGuire offers the mandatory periodical reminder that only eight Division I athletic programs are entirely self-sufficient and K-State is one of ‘em.

That’s it for today. What are you looking forward to hearing about today as half the coaches and players in Frisco get their jaws loosened up?
