As the poet once said, “The times, they are a changin’”
And so it goes, SB Nation is rolling out their newest style changes across the breadth of the SB Nation, err, nation today.
To go along with that, we are rolling out a series on fandom, starting with our very own despot glorious leader Jon Morse’s story on becoming a Wildcat (Luke Thompson’s is in there as well). Each blog at SB Nation is doing their own series and we are also asking input from all of you. While you’ll get stories from AMS, Wildcat00, and JT VanGilder today, we want you to head over to the FanPost section to tell your own story. There even a bonus for doing so, as each story will be entered into a drawing to win a $500 Fanatics gift card! We’re collecting all of the stories here and featuring the best ones across our network as well.
Otherwise, it is a slow news day across Wildcatland. We have one bit of news, with no press report. Current Wildcat freshman footballer Wyatt Hubert received the High School Scholar Athlete Award from the The National Football Foundation yesterday.

Also later today, amid our Fandom stories, you’ll get Part 2 of JT’s look at K-State Baseball, this time looking at what things make the baseball team what it is. There may even be an unscheduled Part 3 in the works.
And just popped this morning from SB Nation’s Jason Kirk, 11 college football coaches you shouldn’t fight. Regarding Bill Snyder, SB Nation’s Matt Brown says it best:
There is a 200% chance Bill Snyder knows how to use force lightning. Fight at your peril. https://t.co/h2tnPK5Jg9
