Offensive lineman/Eagle Scout Evan Curl received the blinding spotlight from BracketCat yesterday in his daily player profiles, version 2015.74.

ESPN pulled out their crystal ball and predicted that over the next three years Kansas State will most likely be riding a downward trend. Basically it's all because Bill Snyder is old. But he is going to live forever, so there's always that.

If you are planning on attending a game this season and have yet to buy tickets, you may want to get on it, as the Bill is closing in on 27 straight sellouts. Only scattered tickets and standing room only are available for games as of this point (K-State Sports).

Bruce Weber made use of his final scholarship this year, filling it with 6'6" shooting guard Ron Freeman (not to be confused with Josh Freeman's father) on the young man's birthday. He originally committed to Cal State Fullerton in 2013, but was ruled academically ineligible. He will be coming to Manhattan on his second go-around after a strong showing in a west coast showcase game. Kellis Robinett reports from the one and only KC Star.
