Sorry the Slate is so late today. Links will be quick and dirty.

Hopefully we never have to play Creighton again, as Marcus Foster has announced he will be a Blue Jay next season. As Kellis also mentions in that article, the Fleein' Bruce Webers have quickly found a replacement forward in 3-star Isaiah Maurice , bringing the 2015 class up to six commitments after the news of Eric Cobb's de-commitment.

After opening the series with Texas Tech with a victory, the BatCats dropped both games over the weekend, falling to Tech 4-1 on Sunday after stranding 12 runners. The Wildcats will look to get back on track, but will be forced to do so on the road, as Tuesday evening's game against Nebraska starts a six-game road stand. The Cats lost to Nebraska 5-4 in extra innings in Manhattan a couple weeks ago.

The Lady Cat Golfers finished fifth at the Lady Buckeye Invitational over the weekend. They were led by Madison Talley who finished thrid individually with a 2-over 218.

The men didn't fare as well and finished tenth in their trip to Big Ten country. The Cats were led by Matt Green's 6-over 222.

The tennis team finished its regular season this weekend by falling 4-0 to Baylor. This was the sixth consecutive loss for the tennis squad. The Cats are not done, however, and return to action on Thursday April 23rd for the Big 12 Championships in Waco.

And we saved the best for last today. The Wildcat rowing squad earned three golds and a silver in a dominating performance at the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship Regatta in Oak Ridge, TN. The Cats sent five boats to the regatta. The next outing for the rowers is the 18th Sunflower Showdown, in Kansas City on May 2nd.
