Bring on the Podcast is back, and in this episode, Luke Thompspn talks to Joel Jellison of the Manhattan Mercury again to get the scoop on Kansas State basketball. Warning: listening to this podcast may not be conducive to your mental health.

I don't know about you, but at this point, I'm sick and tired of the soap opera that is Kansas State basketball. Nevertheless, in the interests of complete reporting, here's yet another take on Bruce Weber and the "culture" at Kansas State (Sam Mellinger, Kansas City Star). For those that read Jon Morse's commentary on the issue, there is nothing new here. But if you're a glutton for punishment, click away.

Shane Conlon drove in three RBIs and the bullpen provided five shutout innings to propel Kansas State to a 4-2 upset win over No. 12 Oklahoma State in Stillwater yesterday. The win snapped a 12-game Big 12 road game losing streak for the BatCats. For the second game of the series today, RHP Kyle Halbohn will take the mound for the Wildcats in his first-ever Big 12 start.

The equestrian team's last hurrah may turn out to be a big one after all. The Wildcat riders knocked off three-time Big 12 champions Oklahoma State with a 10-8 performance. Their reward? A chance to win their first-ever (and last-ever) conference title if they can beat No. 3 Baylor today in Springtown, Texas.

The men's and women's track and field teams are off to Emporia for the ESU Spring Open that begins today. They'll be joined by Emporia State, UMKC and rival Kansas. This is the second-straight year that Kansas State has participated in the event.
