Kansas State secures a new commit.

Bryce English to transfer, while Bronson Massie commits to Kansas State, and a story about an unknown javelin thrower.

The big news yesterday was Bryce English's announcement that he would transfer from Kansas State to be closer to his father who was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Good luck to Mr. English, and best wishes to father while he battles this horrible disease.

The big news this week comes on the recruiting trail. Kansas State hosted a large group of visitors this past weekend, and it helped secure the commitment from Bronson "Boom" Massie. Other recruits from the trip are expected to announce their commitments soon. (Max Olson, ESPN.com)

One of Arkansas' biggest weapons won't be suiting up for the Razorbacks in the Liberty Bowl. Keon Hatcher suffered a broken foot earlier this season against Toledo, and had hoped to return late in the season, but the fracture has taken longer than expected to fully heal.
