There are some draft experts who believe Carson Strong is the best quarterback prospect for 2022.

After two wins to start the season, Kansas State will face probably its biggest challenge yet when Nevada visits BSFS on Saturday. Chris Murray’s been watching the Wolfpack for more than 20 years, and he says the pieces are in place for a historic season. It all starts with Carson Strong, a quarterback so talented his name is starting to appear at the very top of some draft boards.

He’s not the only NFL-caliber player on the Nevada offense, so Chris says K-State’s best bet will be to dominate the line of scrimmage and do what it can to keep Strong and co. off the field. Of course, the Wildcats’ offense may be more limited with Will Howard making his first start of the season at quarterback, so Kansas State probably doesn’t want to get into an offensive shootout with this team.
