Disclaimer: As the 2020 football season still is “technically” scheduled to proceed as planned in Manhattan, despite the loss of our game against Buffalo on Sept. 5 (the date we were counting down to!), we will continue the Countdown for just a little bit longer...

Bart William Harris (b. June 3, 1999) is a walk-on quarterback who has traveled a circuitous route over the past year and a half to reach K-State, where he will major in psychology.
Harris played under head coach Todd Vaughn at Belton High School, where he threw for 2,002 yards and 22 touchdowns as a senior. He earned all-district honors from the Missouri Football Coaches Association as both a junior and a senior, and also competed in golf.
Harris then enrolled early at the University of Tennessee and competed in spring practices in 2018. But he played the 2018 season for Hutchinson under head coach Rion Rhoades.
Harris saw time against RPA, completing his only pass attempt for 5 yards, and he played with current K-State defensive end Kirmari Gainous. He did not play in 2019 and redshirted.
