- Status: Preferred Walk-On
Jack Hillard Cozine (b. July 5, 1999) is a preferred walk-on tight end from Butler College. It appears he will have four years to play three, as there is no evidence he redshirted in JUCO.
Cozine, who prepped with current K-State offensive lineman Ben Adler, played under head coach Jared McDaniel at Trinity Academy in Wichita, where he caught 37 passes for 595 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior.
He also earned honorable mention all-state honors with the Knights from The Topeka Capital-Journal and The Wichita Eagle.
Cozine played at Butler under head coach Tim Schaffner during the 2019 season.
He totaled four catches for 24 yards on the year as he helped the Grizzlies to earn a 10-3 record, a win in the Midwest Classic Bowl and a final No. 5 national ranking.
At Butler, Cozine played with current K-State teammates Parker Bruce, Dawson Delforge, Derick Newton and Taiten Winkel. He is now majoring in finance at Kansas State.
