Elliot Lewis Ollenburger (b. Feb. 21, 2000) is an athletic wide receiver prospect who walked on from Hillsboro High School who redshirted in 2018 and projects as a scout team player.

A three-year letter-winner at Hillsboro under head coach Lance Sawyer, Ollenburger missed his senior year due to injury after being an honorable mention all-conference pick as a junior. He also lettered three years in basketball and four years in golf.
