Football season is less than a week away, so former Kansas State All-American and In The Trenches podcast co-host Nick Leckey joined us for a preview featuring several important topics. Of course, we talked about the offensive line, as well as what adjustments players need to make to a new coaching staff and the benefits of the new redshirt rule Chris Klieman plans to use to give his true freshman a shot.

Nick also made his case for how this K-State team could win 8-10 games and if you stick around until the end, you’ll hear his view on Andrew Luck, from the perspective of another former professional athlete who fully understands the rigors of the NFL as well as the money and prestige that come with being a part of it. As always, Nick provides some valuable insight.
