As a former student-athlete at K-State, new director of student-athlete development Shane Southwell is ready to “be a bridge” for the current student-athletes.

On the women’s front, Peyton Williams is excited about visiting South America, a place she has never been, twice in three months as both a member of the K-State volleyball team as well as the Team USA Pan American Games basketball team.

Football

Track & Field

The Wildcats aren’t just great on the competition field. Track and field senior Morgan Coffman was selected to the 2019 NCAA Division I District 7 Google Cloud Academic All-District First Team, as selected by CoSIDA and announced on Tuesday afternoon. Coffman earned the honor, along with 11 other student-athletes, after maintaining a 4.0 GPA in Management and Life Sciences.
