Baseball
K-State dropped last nights game against California Baptist, 7-6. The Wildcats couldn’t hold on after taking a 6-5 lead in the top of the eight. Sophomore Jaxon Passion was charged with the loss after pitching 1 and 2⁄3 innings, giving up 4 runs only one of which was earned. (Staff Reports, Manhattan Mercury)
