Fresh off his 10-year Super Bowl champion reunion in New Orleans, Wildcat great Nick Leckey returns to help us recap what made Chris Klieman’s debut season such a success. Of course we talked about Skylar Thompson’s progression, and it won’t surprise you to know that Nick Leckey saw the potential of Josh Rivas long before most of us did.

Most importantly, Nick’s confident from first-hand experience and what he’s seen on the field that this coaching staff is building a winner. Sure, plenty of questions remain for next season, but a lot of solid pieces are coming back and a new, hard-earned confidence appears to be radiating from Kansas State. If you don’t believe Nick, just remember he was far more optimistic than most when he last joined the podcast back in August.
