Jake Helton (b. May 19, 1999) is an offensive line walk-on studying business administration.

He redshirted in 2017 and participated for the White team in the 2018 spring game.

Helton lettered four years under head coach Drew Sanders at Vandegrift (Texas) High School, where he earned second-team all-state honors from the Texas Associated Press Sports Writers as a defensive lineman during his senior season.

He was an honorable mention pick as an offensive lineman during his junior and senior campaigns, and also a three-time all-district honoree, including earning first-team accolades as a junior and senior.

Helton helped the Vipers to earn a 12-3 record and a state semifinals appearance as a sophomore in 2014, while they went 11-3 and reached the state quarterfinals during his junior season in 2015. He set the school record by playing in 53 varsity games.
