Darryl E. Robinson (b. Nov. 9, 1996) is a walk-on offensive lineman who transferred to K-State from Benedictine College. I think he has a redshirt available to use this season.
Robinson was a two-year letter-winner at tight end for the Ravens under head coach Larry Wilcox.
He helped Benedictine to earn a 9-3 record in 2017 and a trip to the NAIA Playoffs as the Ravens finished No. 12 in the final NAIA Top 25.
Benedictine went 7-4 during Robinson’s freshman season in 2016.
He also was a two year-letter-winner under head coach Mike Zegunis at Blue Valley High School Northwest, where he was selected to play in the Missouri vs. Kansas All-Star Game.
Robinson was a high school teammate of current Wildcats receiver Dalton Schoen. He also lettered in basketball and track and field for the Huskies.
