Time for the last game of 2018 for the Wildcats, and also the last game before conference play tips-off.

Mak needs to bring some of that Sprint Center magic back to Bramlage

It seems that a dose of the Sprint Center in Kansas City does these Wildcats some good.

After a four game stretch that saw the Cats put up sub-par offensive performances, the Cats actually had a better game than the 69-58 final score over Vanderbilt would indicate. The Wildcats were led by Sprint Center-wonderman Makol Mawien, who has significantly elevated his play during the last three contests in KCMO.

Today’s game is the last before Big 12 Conference play begins, and will be the last chance for the Wildcats to work out any kinks. George Mason looked good on paper to being the season, but their RPI currently sits at a lowly 231, and are just 6-6 against a 218-ranked strength of schedule. This is a game the Wildcats should win handily, again, but nothing is guaranteed with this squad.

Tonight’s game, scheduled for a 7:07pm CST tip, will be available on FOX Sports Kansas City with Ben Boyle (play-by-play), Stan Weber (analyst), and Bridget Howard (sideline reporter) on the call. You should also be able to access the game on the Fox Sports app, and the game will also be streamed on ESPN3. The channel listings from the SID include DirecTV 671-5 [HD] / Dish 442 or 412-30 / AT&T U-Verse 750 or 1750 [HD].

You will also be able to listen to live audio across much of the K-State Sports Network with with Wyatt Thompson (play-by-play) and Matt Walters (analyst) calling the action. The game will also be available streaming for free online via the TuneIn app/TuneIn.com and at www.kstatesports.com/watch. Satellite coverage is also available at Sirius 135 / XM 210 / Internet 966. Live stats are available at k-statesports.com, and Twitter updates (@KStateMBB) will also be a part of the coverage from K-State Athletics.
