No. 11/12 Kansas State vs Missouri: Paradise Jam Championship Open Game Thread

The Wildcats face old foe Missouri with the Paradise Jam title on the line

NCAA Basketball: Kennesaw State at Kansas State Scott Sewell-USA TODAY Sports

We’re running a bit late today so you get an abbreviated write-up tonight.

It’s all on the line tonight as the Kansas State Wildcats and Missouri Tigers duke it out for the first time since 2015, this time with a tournament championship on the line. The last time out, the Cats took down the Tigers in the CBE Classic at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, and overall K-State holds a slim 120-116 record lead.

The Wildcats are still undefeated on the 2018-19 season, taking down a tough Penn squad last night to advance to the Paradise Jam final. Missouri has a single blemish so far this season, taking an early loss to Iowa State. The Tigers have looked better since, and took down a decent Oregon State squad to make the Paradise Jam final.

As with last night, tonight’s game tips off at 6:30pm CST (though they’ve all been late starts thanks to previous games running long), but unless you want to spend $30 on a month subscription to FloHoops, you’re out of luck to watch the game. If you’ve got money to burn, you can stream the game at FloHoops.com or on Apple TV 4 or Roku [FloSports App] with Trevor Williams (play-by-play) and Kevin Lehman (analyst) on the call.

For the rest of us, you will be able to listen to live audio across much of the K-State Sports Network with with Brian Smoller (play-by-play) and Ben Boyle (analyst) calling the action. The game will also be available streaming for free online via the TuneIn app/TuneIn.com and at www.kstatesports.com/watch. Satellite coverage is also available at Sirius 135 / XM 199 / Internet 953. Live stats are available at www.paradisejam.com/stats, and Twitter updates (@KStateMBB) will also be a part of the coverage from K-State Athletics.
