Bring on the PodCats with ODB’s Matt Wilson

Our old friend returns to discuss Saturday’s game between two teams headed in the wrong direction.

Baylor and Kansas State got a 2:30 slot Saturday for some reason, but it’s no surprise Our Daily Bears Contributor Matt Wilson joined JT and Luke as this week’s podcast guest. He does his best to be optimistic about the Bears, which is a fairly difficult thing to do these days. Still, they’ve got a promising quarterback in Charlie Brewer who is no longer in competition with teammates (must be nice) and some talented receivers, most notably Denzel Mims.

Matt also gave us an outsider perspective on the Bill Snyder dilemma, although you can expect us to go much more in-depth on that next week should things go poorly for the ‘Cats in Waco. Finally, Matt discussed how Baylor fans are feeling about Matt Rhule and we tried to start looking ahead to basketball season, because that’s necessary right now.

Don’t forget to check out coverage this week at Our Daily Bears and feel free to follow Matt on Twitter @mattisbear, but do so at your own risk. It gets a little crazy.
