Volleyball

When you pick up your first conference victory with a win over those evil fake avian mammals from down the river you get the lead spot in the Slate. The Wildcats snapped their losing streak in fine fashion, downing a ranked KU team last night in four sets. Kylee Zumach and Gloria Mutiri led the way with 13 kills each. Football

We’re already half way through the college football season, which means it’s time for mid-season grades. The good news for Kansas State is they aren’t alone in holding the worst grade in the Big 12. (Kevin Flaherty, 247sports.com)

One of Kansas State’s “incredible athlete’s” hasn’t seen the field this season, and won’t be able to play until next year.
