Oklahoma Coach Bob Stoops to Retire

After 18 seasons with Oklahoma, Bob Stoops is said to be announcing his retirement to the OU players today according to sources. As first reported by Berry Tramel, the news was confirmed by NewsOK. For now, offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley will take over for Stoops.

In those 18 seasons at OU, Bob Stoops went 190-48 and won:

One National Championship

TEN Big 12 Conference Championships

Eleven Top 10 finishes
