After an impressive rout of Stephen F. Austin to start the 2017-18 campaign, the Wildcat women are at it again tonight.
The Game: Kansas State (1-0, 0-0 Big 12) hosts the Nebraska-Omaha Mavericks (0-1, 0-0 Summit). Omaha has been a regular non-conference opponent for the Cats since moving to Division I a few years ago; K-State holds a 3-0 series lead, winning the only game played so far in Manhattan, and also winning 70-57 last December in Omaha. The Mavericks are helmed by prodigy Brittany Lange, a former Iowa State Cyclone who’s in her fifth year at UNO... and is still only 30 years old.
Tipoff: 7:00pm CT at Bramlage Coliseum (12,528), Manhattan, Kansas.
Tickets: $8 General Admission, $12 Chairbacks.
Television: Cox Channel Kansas with Brian Smoller and Missy Heidrick.
Radio: K-State Sports Network with Matt Walters and Kristin Waller.
Online: The television feed will also stream live on KStateHD.tv for FREE. Live stats via Sidearm.
