There are no easy games in the Big 12 in 2018. Look no further than Oklahoma State for evidence; Saturday, they beat West Virginia in Morgantown, something K-State still hasn’t yet managed. They also stayed within two possessions of Texas Tech... in Lubbock.
Kinda makes your head hurt, doesn’t it?
The game
Kansas State (17-8, 6-6 Big 12) visits the Oklahoma State Cowboys (15-10, 5-7 Big 12). K-State leads the all-time series 79-53, but it’s 33-25 Cowboys in Stillwater and they also have the better record since the formation of the Big 12 at 18-13. Bruce Weber is 9-5 against the Pokes, but unfortunately for today’s purposes that’s because he’s 8-1 against them in places other than Stillwater.
Odds
Oklahoma State is a 3½-point favorite, an essential wash on their home court. The over is 143, so Vegas is calling out a 73-70 Cowboy win. OddsShark’s dark side is in effect today, as they’re projecting a 74-66 win for the Pokes.
