As I await the voters' ballots for this week, let's kill some time by finally posting the results from last week's BlogPoll.
This time, my excuse for the lateness of this post is ... well, I suck. That's pretty much it. Well, plus the fact that I haven't yet found a way to transfer this complicated HTML table code easily into the new post editing system.
Some stagnant performances led to some downward adjustments, with the worst belonging to Georgia after its putrid performance against Nicholls State. LSU and Ole Miss were punished a week late for their losses.
TCU and Oklahoma State similarly were punished for last week's losses, but when you think about it, do a double-overtime loss and a controversial defeat that shouldn't have happened, both to now-BlogPoll-ranked teams, justify dropping out entirely? The slate of voters said yes, but I leave the ultimate determination up to our readership.
