Unlike last week, Week 5 was extremely turbulent, as one would expect from a week with three Top 10 match-ups and numerous other upsets of ranked teams. Without my going into details, you can see who rose and who fell.
Western Michigan was the week's biggest mover, benefiting not only from its win over Central Michigan, but also the failures of so many other teams in front of it. In-state neighbors Air Force and Colorado also made large jumps.
A pair of Pac-12 squads suffered the most sizable drops, with Stanford and Utah both sliding nine spaces.
