Andrew Patrick "Drew" Scott (b. March 12, 1995) is a walk-on long snapper who has played in five career games.
He will battle for primary long-snapping responsibilities in 2016 after snapping for the Purple team in the spring.
After redshirting in 2013, Scott appeared in four games in 2014, serving as the primary long snapper for a majority of the first three contests. He also snapped against West Virginia in 2014 and against South Dakota in 2015.
Scott prepped under head coach Duane Schulte at Xavier High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he successfully connected on 67 of 67 snaps during the course of his junior and senior seasons.
He received a five-star rating at Kohl's Longsnapping Camp prior to his senior year. Scott helped the Saints to a 14-1 record and a Class 4A runner-up finish in 2012. He also played basketball for two years and baseball for four.
