Jacob Kayle Harshberger (b. July 12, 1995) is a JUCO defensive end who walked on this spring after two seasons at Dodge City Community College and participated in the 2016 spring game, but did not record any statistics.

Harshberger played under head coach Dave Foster at Dodge City High School, where he was invited to play in the Blue-Grey and K101 All-Star Games after earning honorable mention All-State honors as a defensive lineman.

He then played two seasons at Dodge City Community College under head coach Gary Thomas, recording 74 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries during his two seasons.

Harshberger earned honorable mention All-Jayhawk Conference honors as a sophomore in 2015, when he had 36 tackles, 6.0 tackles and 3.5 sacks, helping the Conquistadors to earn a conference championship.

He registered a career-high seven tackles on three occasions, including twice as a sophomore against Ellsworth (Iowa) Community College and Independence Community College. He was voted a team captain in 2015.

He also had a career-high 1.5 TFLs three times and a career-best 1.5 sacks as a sophomore against Coffeyville.
