The first preseason Associated Press (AP) Top 25 poll is out. Ohio State is the top-ranked team, taking all 61 first-place votes. The Buckeyes are the first consensus #1 team since preseason rankings began in 1950. TCU, Alabama, Baylor and Michigan State round out the top five teams. Kansas State is unranked but among teams receiving votes (5).
