Well, this is certainly strange. K-State is posting a job requisition for the head coach position for the women's tennis program. What's strange about it?

Well, Danielle Steinberg was just hired last year, certainly appears to still hold the job, and hasn't announced she's leaving. It's a bizarre way for us to find out the job is open, that's for sure.

One assumes that Steinberg herself is aware, and her departure simply hasn't been announced. If not, this is really awkward.

Update: It's not awkward. In fact, it's a very good thing for all involved.
