A Players-Only Session & Basketball Media Day

A players only meeting on Monday was followed by a spirited practice, while the Wildcat men's basketball team attends media day.

Kansas State will need some unknown players to step up if it hopes to compete for a post-season birth this season. However, the coaching staff will lean most heavily on a pair of former transfers: Justin Edwards, and Stephen Hurt.

Tonight, Kansas State hosts Texas in a match that will air on ESPNU beginning at 6pm CT. The Wildcats are coming off a sweep of Oklahoma in Norman winning for the first time in Norman since 2005.
