The tweet says it all. After expressing his appreciation for all three programs in the running (Miami being the third), Georgia 3-star LB Mohamed Barry announced that he's heading to Lincoln.

This is, of course, not binding, and it's also Barry's second flip of the recruiting process. So he may change his mind again over the weekend. But for now, we'll have to mark him as a lost recruit and move on.
