Yes, we're late, and we're sorry. Sometimes life gets in the way.

Things started ungoodly, but a late first-half run got the Wildcats back in the game... but a late Baylor run stretched the Bears lead back out to ugly. So now the Cats are running a nine-point halftime deficit.

Eight players have seen the floor for K-State. Six of them have turnovers. Three of them have more than one. That's a good part of the story right there. But the two main threats for the Cats have actually done damage offensively; Marcus Foster's got 10 points, and Thomas Gipson has 8. Kenny Chery, on the other hand, is running a Buddy Hield on the Cats, dropping 16 first-half points.

The big question in the second half: can K-State do what they've done most of the season and play better after the intermission? We'll find out.
