Darrell Fitzgerald Reese Jr. (b. March 3, 1997) is a preferred walk-on cornerback from Liberty (Texas) High School.

He lettered three years for the Redhawks, including the final year under head coach Chris Burtch, and will redshirt.

Reese garnered honorable mention all-state honors from the Texas High School Coaches Association, in addition to all-district honors; tallied 122 tackles, one interception and 12 passes defended in his career; participated in track and field for two years; graduated cum laude; and was an all-state academic honorable mention honoree.

Reese's father, Darrell Sr., was a defensive back at SMU from 1982 to 1985, helping the Mustangs to win the Southwest Conference championship in 1982 and 1984, while he played in three bowl games.
