Curtis Anthony Stallbaumer (b. Oct. 19, 1994) is a preferred walk-on tight end transferring in from the JUCO ranks.
He played two seasons under head coach Rion Rhoades, helping Hutchinson Community College to win 11 games for the first time in school history and earn a No. 4 final ranking — the highest in program history — in 2014.
Stallbaumer caught two passes for 13 yards (both touchdowns) in 2014, but was used primarily as a blocking tight end, helping the Blue Dragons to produce 267.4 rushing yards per game (5.5 per carry) and 38 rushing TDs.
He lettered four years under head coaches Steve Tiernan and Justin Coup at B&B High School in Baileyville, where he helped to lead the Falcons to a 50-2 record over his four-year career with two state championships.
An 8-man all-state selection on both the offensive and defensive lines who also was selected to play in the Kansas Shrine Bowl, Stallbaumer also lettered four years in basketball.
