Open Game Thread: Kansas State vs. Iowa State

Ames is fraught with peril, but the natives appear to only be armed with sticks this year. Here's your open thread for all the action.

Hopefully Bill Snyder has the Wildcats thinking this game is important, because god knows both K-State and Iowa State fans are already writing it off as a foregone conclusion. It's an early game, though, and it's in Ames, so there's always reason to panic! Be sure to check our storystream for all this week's coverage, and remember that if you're in Kansas City and you're not down at the Granfalloon (608 Ward Parkway), you're missing out on the opportunity to watch TB and Kitchen get daydrunk. Oh, and also watch the game with a room full of fellow Wildcat fans.

For those of you who can't make it there, then stick around here and join the conversation. Your Benevolent Despot will be here, which really is the best reason for you to go to the Granfalloon, right?
