K-State baseball takes on that other school in the Sunflower Showdown. Levi MaVorhis gets the start. The BatCats hope this series goes better than the recently concluded outing with Creighton.

Twenty (20!) K-State riders have been named to the NCEA Academic team, including three riders on the first team.

The Baylor Bears official site weighs in on the upcoming matchup with K-State. Baylor won the earlier meeting this year, 4-3.

K-State athletes will take part in three different meets in California this weekend. Most of the team will be at the Stanford Invitational. The decathletes and heptathletes are in Westmont for the Sam Adams Multi, while the distance runners are off to the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
