You all assure me that nobody reads this anyway, so I'm testing you. Also, the lack of a photo from last night's game isn't limited to us: even K-State's recap of the game has a picture from the KU game.
Men's Basketball:
Recaps galore, natch:
K-State official recap
Oklahoma State recap
Ahearn's postgame
Robert Whetsell at Cowboys Ride for Free
John Zetmeir at The Collegian
Kieran Steckley at The Daily O'Collegian
Kellis Robinett at The Star
Ken Corbitt at The Capital-Journal
Kelly Hines at The Tulsa World
Scott Phillips at NBC's College Basketball Talk
In his post-game notebook, Robinett says the team's relieved that they don't have to play anymore road games.
Because we like to pay homage to opponents who actually deserve it, we'll continue giving Markel Brown his due. The Oklahoma's John Helsley on Brown's farewell, along with the Cowboys' goodbye to Mason Cox. And that other guy, whatever.
Women's Basketball:
The ladies fell in their regular-season finale last night, falling 51-46 to TCU on Senior Night. K-State recap, TCU recap. Next: Friday night, in Oklahoma City, against... Kansas. Yup, the Sunflower Showdown's been extended by a game.
For the fourth time this year -- the first time in school history this has been accomplished -- Leti Romero was named Big 12 Freshman of the Week.
Baseball:
Ross Kivett picked up Big 12 Player of the Week honors... surprisingly, for the first time in his career. Longhorn Dillon Peters picked up the Pitcher of the Week award, and Newcomer of the Week went to Texas Tech reliever Chris Sadberry.
He won't get a chance to add to his resume tomorrow, though; K-State's game at Nebraska has been cancelled for some unfathomable reason having to do with something called "weather". I don't think that's a real thing.
