Bring on the Podcast with Jonathan Tjarks

Barking Carnival writer Jon Tjarks (tjarks) joins this week's podcast, which sadly does not include BotC's Derek Smith due to some internet issues. Nonetheless, we spent some time talking about Texas' advantage in the interior and Jon's concerns about playing in Bramlage this Saturday as the Longhorns look to extend their winning streak to eight games.

Even though Jon's still understandably skeptical about UT's chances to win in Lawrence, it's clear the Longhorns put themselves into the title race by handling KU 81-69 on Saturday. Jon and I spent some time talking about the rest of the Big 12, including the reasons Jon believes co-preseason favorites Oklahoma State may be in big trouble.
