Open Game Thread: Kansas State vs Texas

The probabilities say K-State should roll. People's eyeballs seem to tell a different story.

Who: Texas (3-4/2-2) at (11/11) K-State (5-1/3-0).

When: October 25, 2014 | 11:00 a.m. CT

Where: Manhattan, Kansas | Bill Snyder Family Stadium (52,800)

Media: 1350 KMAN | ESPN

The stat guys say this is a lock. The eyeball guys are scared that K-State won't score any points, or something. The history says Texas has only one won game in Manhattan ever. So who's to say what will happen today?

Last night, we got ourselves amped up at the Homecoming parade and pep rally. Today, we had to get an early start. Let's hope that our efforts aren't rewarded with a disastrous performance, because there's really nothing worse than losing while sleep-deprived and hungover. This, for those of you camped out at home, is your open thread; enjoy, be gentle with the skeleton crew minding the score, and of course it goes without saying but we'll say it anyway:

GO CATS!
