The first four days of the week were basically neutral for K-State, with the Big 12 going 5-0 against massively inferior competition and Arizona, Bradley, Nebraska-Omaha, and Pittsburgh winning home games they're supposed to win.

If anything significant could be said to have happened, it was Tennessee's loss at N.C. State that basically wiped out any good the Vols accomplished by beating Butler (in addition to Butler's second consecutive loss, to Indiana).
