K-State Football

When K-State couldn't get into the end zone in the first three quarters of the Missouri State game, Anthony Cantele made sure the Wildcats still got on the board with three field goals. Also, as the picture in the story shows, he's kinda ripped.

Not only was he K-State's most reliable receiver against Missouri State, but Tramaine Thompson also took a punt back 89 yards for a touchdown. If Thompson can continue both of those trends, he will indeed be quite the difference maker for the Wildcats this season. Of course, that's apparently not important enough for the Kansas City Star to spell his name correctly in its headline.

Here's your recap from K-State's weekly football press conference.

K-State Volleyball

Starting Wednesday, K-State will be in action four straight days at home. In other words, if you live in or near Manhattan and haven't caught a volleyball game yet, this is a good chance for your first.

College Football

With college football back in earnest now, it was only a matter of time before the first Alphabetical of the season. That time is now up.

K-State is still alive in the SB Nation BCS Eliminator!

Are you into schadenfreude? If so, then SB Nation has your college football schadenfreude covered.
