The Big 12 schedule for today is below. Not a lot exciting, but there is Texas Christian's Big 12 debut in Lawrence for the morbidly curious.

For national action, check out Spencer Hall's Rootability index. SB Nation's Andy Hutchins has your best bets for all the action, morning, noon and night. Me? I'm off to baby birthing class this morning, so TCU will probably be up four or five touchdowns before I settle down with the remote in hand.

Again, Big 12 action is below. K-State's game thread will go live one hour before kickoff (5 p.m., God's own time zone).

Texas Christian vs. KU, Memorial Stadium, Lawrence, Kan., 11:00 a.m., FX

Louisiana-Lafayette vs. Oklahoma State, Boone Pickens Stadium, Stillwater, Okla., 11:00 a.m., FSN

West Virginia vs. James Madison, FedEx Field, Landover, Md., 3:30 p.m., Root Sports/MSN

Baylor vs. Sam Houston State, Floyd Casey Stadium, Waco, Texas, 6:00 p.m., FSN

Texas Tech vs. New Mexico, Jones AT&T Stadium, Lubbock, Texas, 6:00 p.m., FCS
