It's good to be back.

K-State Football

K-State is ranked No. 22 in the preseason AP poll. The Wildcats are No. 21 in the Coaches Poll, released earlier this month.

Pre-Snap Read's Paul Myerberg has K-State at No. 17 in his preseason rankings. Go to the site's main page and scroll up one for a great picture of Taylor Martinez winding up to chuck the ol' pigskin downfield.

It's looking increasingly like Justin Tuggle will be the third linebacker aside Arthur Brown and Tre Walker. The senior is embracing the switch from quarterback to linebacker.

K-State has a chance to rewrite the sour ending to Bill Snyder's first coaching tenure.

Samuel Harvill was found safe early Saturday morning at Fort Riley after he was reported missing since Wednesday afternoon. No details regarding his apparent disappearance have been made public.

Tavarius Bender was not present at K-State's open practice on Saturday. Two offensive linemen and a defensive lineman were also absent. Bill Snyder was typically not forthcoming with explanations.
