BRACKET BLOG: Elite Eight (NCAA Open Thread)

Even as my interest dwindles as the prospect of the dismantling of our basketball program slowly starts to seem more realistic by the day, I still feel strangely compelled to push this out there.

Three of the next four games are tagged as upset alerts by seed, even though there's no such thing as an upset in the Elite Eight — just under-seeded teams beating over-seeded ones.

Enjoy the games, everyone. Maybe someday we'll get back to playing on this weekend, too. It was fun while it lasted.
