Arrison Davis (b. Aug. 18, 1989) made a bit of a name for himself in spring practice, culminating in his spring game performance, in which he had four catches for 76 yards for the White team, with a long of 36.
Davis also returned a kickoff for 11 yards.
The walk-on wide receiver from Butler County Community College displayed good hands, decent speed and excellent cutting ability, and proved to be one of Justin Tuggle's favorite targets even though he is a little on the small side.
I easily can see Davis competing with Tyler Lockett and Curry Sexton for the reserve slot receiver role behind Tramaine Thompson, especially considering Bill Snyder probably would like to redshirt both freshmen if he can.
