Logan David Wiltfong (b. Nov. 1, 1990) has no redshirt season listed on his official bio, so he must have been thrown into action some time last season as a true freshman. (EDIT: Turns out he redshirted after all.)
That seems unusual — we tend to redshirt all four-year walk-ons as a matter of standard policy. But I guess that shows just how bad our depth was on the defensive line. That, or he played mainly on special teams.
Look for more of the same this season, and also time on the scout team, from young Mr. Wiltfong. We added 19 bodies to the defensive front seven in the offseason, so we had better not need him there at all.
