There's now a book that chronicles Tex Winters' career at K-State through the stories of his former players.

Of course NCAA Football 2012 would have an option in Dynasty Mode to realign conferences. Genius. RPT takes a look at the conferences he would create.

Wright Thompson has an excellent story about Harvey Updyke, or Al from Dadeville, the man who allegedly poisoned the trees at Toomer's Corner in Auburn.

Jim Calhoun thinks the Big East will split into two leagues, one of schools that sponsor football teams, and the other of schools that don't, in four or five years. Meanwhile, Big East football programs split on the inclusion of Villanova, but seem to favor expansion to 12 teams.
