The Bat Cats beat Missouri State, 10-4, on Tuesday. Texas Tech comes to town for a three-game series Thursday-Saturday.

K-State has an abundance of youth on the offensive line. For more on the offensive line, don't miss GTcat's OL preview.

Will the Big 12 championship game be missed? I don't know, but it's the definition of ironic that Nebraska, who fought the championship game from its inception, left for the Big 10 with the knowledge that in doing so, the Big 10 would get a championship game, and that Texas, who fought for the championship game from the outset, now seems content that it's gone. How's that for a long, compound sentence?

KU has a sad over Wichita State coach Gregg Marshall's "chickenhawk" comment. This quote is priceless:

"You need to think about what you say, Mr. Marshall," Zenger said. "Don't be flippant about your remarks about the flagship institution."

Thomas Robinson allegedly hit some dude. He's not the first KU player to (allegedly) do something like that.

Mike Leach is on Twitter. I really shouldn't have to say more.
