BLOGPOLL TOP 25: Lord of Chaos

Oh, look, another earthquake.
Oh, look, another earthquake.

The lions sing and the hills take flight.
The moon by day, and the sun by night.
Blind woman, deaf man, jackdaw fool.
Let the Lord of Chaos rule.

— From Lord of Chaos, Book 6 of the Wheel of Time, by Robert Jordan (RIP)

I think that string of verse sums up the weekend quite nicely, don't you?

My Week 13 SB Nation BlogPoll ballot, again posted without comment, follows after the jump.

Trying to make sense of this insanity has become harder than ever, but I did my best. The Ducks and the Pokes took a bit of a tumble, while the Sooners and the Tigers fell off a cliff. And don't even look for the fraudulent Huskers.

New to the poll is Tulsa (beat Houston!), the best three-loss team in the country (seriously, look up their losses if you don't believe me), and also violating my rule about three-loss teams (which is a necessity — less then 25 teams have two losses or fewer now) are Baylor and West Virginia. Yes, it's a Big 12 indulgence, but it's my poll, my rules.

Feel free to bombard me with questions, criticisms and comments in the comments section, and I'll respond as well as I can. As always, there's method to my madness, but the hair-splitting is becoming too complicated to write up in full.
